Do you work with brands outside London?

Yes. We're based in London but partner with founders across Europe, the US and Brazil. Everything runs remote-first with quarterly in-person sessions when possible.

Are there any setup fees?

No hidden setup fees. Every engagement starts with a transparent scoping call, you'll see the full investment before we begin.

Can I cancel anytime?

Retainers run on a 3-month minimum so strategy has room to compound. After that it's month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice.

How quickly can we get started?

Launch projects: kick-off within 7 days. Retainers: we onboard at the start of each month with a 2-week discovery sprint before content goes live.

Do you work with all social platforms?

Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest. We pick the 1 to 3 channels that actually move your business, not all of them at once.

What's included in analytics reports?

Reach, engagement, follower quality, content-level performance, paid attribution and, most importantly, a written read-out of what's working and what to change.
